Iguana Condo Hotel is a world lass surfing destination rapidly becoming famous for it's off shore winds, consistent swell, and warm water. Chances are you have heard about the epic Nicaraguan surfing. The secret is out, and with exposure in magazines the Nicaragua surfing experience is rapidly becoming well known. 1. Surfboard rental: starting at $20 dollars per day depending of the board.
2. Surf trips: We work with the best company specialized in boat trips. They will introduce you to the best surf spots in the region.
Prices starting at $56 dollars per trip. Price includes drinks and snacks.
3. Fishing trips: Sail safe, sail comfortable, sail straight.
Starting at $334 dollars for 4 hours. It includes drinks and snacks. The panga is totally equipped with rods, reels, lures, outriggers, GPS, fishfinder, 2 motors and other ammenities.  

4. Surf lessons:  Try to do this!! Only $35 dollars per person one hour and a half. It includes leash, surfboard, instructor and wax.

Iguana Condo Hotel has access to three surf breaks:

Colorado is widely recognized as the most consistent and best beach break in Nicaragua. It is always the wave featured in photos and articles about Nicaragua surfing. It is a barreling left and right created by the Colorado river mouth. When this beach break is firing it is absolutely world class. Panga Drops is an amazing wave. It is a longboarders favorite from November through February, where it picks up any west swell better than any other break in Nicaragua. It's a mellow take off, and breaks both left and right. When everything else is flat, Panga Drops will be breaking. When the swell is pumping March through August, this wave turns into a monster holding up to triple overhead faces.

Los Perros Point is a rare right hand point in Nicaragua, which on a big South swell and low tide creates a super fun wave. Other spots nearby includes Popoyo, the outer reef, manzanillo, and Playa Santana.
